Meeting called to order at 7:25 PM by John Paine, Prior.
Reading of previous Minutes were waived.
Present: Tim Burke, Jim Paine , Mike Barko, Jiff Zell, Dr. Vince Contreras and
Lloyd Gordon.

Exchequer
- All deposits made for the reunion of approximately $4300.
- Costs for the reunion were approximately $5200 for the banquet which
included $200 for the DJ and $65 for the BBQ.
- We have a credit of $1770 with the Crowne Plaza Hotel which can used
within next 12 months.

- Received e-mail from a Matt Danskin, AKA "Iggi" There is a question
regarding his status since National does not show him ever being initiated
with Beta Delta Chapter. Anyone with knowledge regarding this member and
any fees he may have paid should inform John Paine. John to check with Stu
Lavatai since he was around at the time Matt Danskin was.
- Jon Warner, past prior of Beta Delta has a son, Michael who is
interested in starting a chapter at Cal State Fullerton in Southern
California. Information has been passed on to National.
- For the Brotherhood Social/40th Reunion for Beta Delta we had 62 show up
for the Banquet and 30 for the BBQ at Kelly Park.
- Octagon Counsel (per Vince Contreras)
- Supreme recorder, Lenny Dave has resigned from the Octagon for health
reasons. The Octagon has elected Ed Rosenwasser as a Consul.
- Ron Katch's wife passed away May 20th and the funeral will be held on
Monday, May 26, 2003.
- Congratulations on the Alumni Club Reunion. In five years it will be
the 45th year anniversary for Beta Delta and the 100th anniversary for Sigma
Alpha Mu. Maybe Beta Delta could sponsor an event in conjunction
with National.

IV. Announcements:
- Quarterly Social will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at the Tide
House in Mountain View.
- Fra Tim Burke announced that there are still T-shirts from the
Reunion available for sale.
- Fra Vince Contreras announced that for those who wish they can
send a letter of condolence to Fra Ron Katch whose wife, Charlene passed away.
- Annual Appeal
- Don't forget to support the Brotherhood, with your monetary donation. We
accept donations all year-round. Your donations go a long way, to decrease our
Club's expenses. If you have any questions, then, please contact Prior John
