I. Old Business:

1. Mailing and Ballots (as per Fra Barko)
   
1. 1500 Alumni letters and ballots were printed and sent to Sigma Sigma (UC Berkely) chapter for posting and mailing.
2. Sigma Sigma Actives have donated their time and labor to Post and Mail all Alumni letters & ballots.
3. Sigma Sigma are donating their time and labor because of SVAGoSAM assistance with their House's NEW Stove Campaign.
2. SAMMY Spring/Summer BBQ,Pool Party (as per Fra Mark Sanchez, recited by Fra Barko)
1. Mark is looking for any Alumni, who owns a swimming pool, would be willing to host a BBQ, Pool Party by which SVAGoSAM will pay all expenses for Cost of food, beverages, etc.

   1. Out of the 1500 Alumni letters and ballots that were supposed to be posted and mailed, ONLY 30 replies have been returned.
   2. If you haven't received your Alumni letters or ballots yet, its probably still in the mail. If you haven't sent your bios or ballots in, please send them in as soon as possible.
      
3. Vice Prior Candidate Report. (as per Fra John Paine)
   
   1. Update: Golf Outing will be in October 2001.
   2. SVAGoSAM wasn't penalized for the 150yd sign incident. (Yes, we can use the golf course again).
      
4. Prior Report (as per Fra Barko)
   
   1. He will visit Fra Greenfield's home to see if Pool and house can accommodate SVAGoSAM BBQ/Pool Party.
   2. Provided recorder with Lost SAMMY Alumni list. Informs that Fra Sanchez & Recorder are in the process of Updating their SAMMY Alumni database.
      

III. New Business:

1. We encourage ALL SAMMY Alumni to send in your ballots and bios, as soon as possible.
1. If you haven't received your SAMMY letter, ballot or bios documents by May 1st, then please contact the SVAGoSAM Recorder via Email: sammystu@hotmail.com
2. Please feel FREE to send in your DONATIONS to support the COST of SVAGoSAM activities and other functions throughout the year.
   

IV. Announcements:

1. UC Davis (Gamma Theta) are hosting a SAMMY Active and Alumni event this weekend: April 21 and 22nd at the SAMMY House in Davis. If you are interested in attending, please contact the Recorder via Email: sammystu@hotmail.com.
2. Fra Adrian is getting MARRIED this Saturday, April 21st. SVAGoSAM Council would like to wish him and his bride a Prosperous and Healthy Life together.
