Order of Business:
Risk Management Presentation: Fra Stu Lavatai
- The chapter to the Risk Management test issued by IFC.
- Fra Lavatai then gave his presentation to include: Open parties, Policy on Alcohol and Drugs, Social Events when alcohol is present, hazing, sexual abuse, Fire, Health and Safety, and enforcement.
IFC Report: Fra Sheridan
- President's meeting 3/30/98
- Dues are due to IFC
- Rush meeting 3/31...Stu will follow-up
- Volunteer information; Greek week cancelled
Exchequer Report:
- The exchequer was not present, but more dues were collected. Fra Burke mentioned that he has the Corporate account number from Fra Barko. He gave the number to Fra Sheridan.
Fund Raising Report:
- Fra Courtney is still working on the design. He need the pledge class names.
Elections:
- Will be considered at next meeting
Bounce for Beats:
- Fra Snow: To be held on Earth Day April 22, 1998. Chapter needs more information.
Rush Report:
- Fra Lavatai has contacts in the dorms.
- Fra Burke mentioned the Alumni Club meeting.
- Fra Lavatai said that he had talked to Fra Young.
- Fra Burke said that Fra Platt would be in town and would like to meet with actives.
- Fra Lavatai and Burke will work on the Spartan Showcase table. April 2?
- Fra Burke said an alumni group has been formed to generate concrete rush ideas.
Old and new business:
- Fra Burke requested an April Calendar. Fra Lavatai said that he would do.
- The was a discussion of what was owed national for RTO and back dues. Numbers were not available.
- Fra Sanchez is investigating a house for sale near campus.
